With the challenges related to the labor shortage and the intention to offer quality services that meet the needs of the population, community organizations are increasingly called upon. However, how to find the distance necessary to consolidate rather than bet on development? How to ensure that the strengths of the team are well used and that organizational burnout is avoided? These are the two questions that served as an invitation to the RRV Days (networking, resourcing, enhancement), held on October 5 and 12, 2022 by the Dufresne and Gauthier Foundation.
