Homelessness in Quebec: A Growing Phenomenon.

Since 2018, the Québec metropolitan area has seen a 36% increase in visible homelessness.

Donating to the "Un toit avant tout" (A Roof First) initiative means investing in the community we all aspire to; making our region accessible, caring and inclusive.

Our goal: to helpan additional 50 homeless people off the streets permanently each year.

An achievable goal thanks to the Keychain program

Thanks to this initiative, we will be able to double the number of outreach workers, helping 50 more homeless people per year find housing and reintegrate into active life.

With a success rate of 87%, the project's coaching approach will reduce the annual support cost for homeless individuals by 79%.

Ultimately, with a second team of outreach workers in place, the project could contribute to a sustainable reduction in homelessness.

Contribute to the well-being of our region and its citizens!

A roof above all else

"When Mayor Marchand made homelessness a cause he wanted to invest in, we immediately wanted to get involved, as it's a cause that is close to our hearts, both to help individuals and society as a whole.

The most important thing in life is health. But to take care of oneself, one needs a roof over one's head.

By joining forces, we can permanently change the lives of some, and thus contribute to a united, economically strong society, etc."
