How can we evolve our practices in response to the complexity of today’s world? During the 2025 RRV Days, more than 100 participants from the community sector gathered in Montréal and Québec City to explore an innovative approach: “ecoleadership.”
This collective stance, inspired by living systems, focuses on cooperation, systems thinking, and the ability to navigate uncertainty. Panels, workshops, and conversations brought forward powerful ideas: cultivating deep relationships, embracing friction, slowing down to realign, and recognizing that social transformation is built over the long term.
