In this report, we take part in sharing the findings and proposals addressed to the Government of Quebec concerning its commitments to be made in the next action plan in terms of community action. Also considerations with regard to the role and contribution of foundations in supporting and promoting community action, indicating where applicable the conditions to be favored to optimize this contribution.
